Love, Love, Love - I can repeat again and again about my outfits for Noel Caleb Jonah collection launch, that will be on the 23rd of March from 12pm to 3pm on the 44th floor of The Sail, the posh suite of one of the best condos in Singapore, overlooking Marina Bay Sands...
Yesterday Jonah models had first trial of outfits at the usual venue, @
The Co Noel Caleb's home ground. And I'm so happy, that I got to run in two dresses. Not shorts and blouse, not skirt, but the best outfit for ladies - dresses. Especially I think, it's cool, as Singapore is dresses city. Always hot, but you have to be style chic at the office and after... Just non-stop.
Jonah collection has 4 parts, 10 models will show two outfits each, and I'm so proud to be in closing part under 'Success' section, that is all about confidence and colors. I will be showing bright blue dress - that blue is my favorite color and I know it matches my blond hair and green-blue eyes. Just wonder, what accessories and makeup will complete my perfect look, but this is still mister even for me. I guess only designers know. My dress for the first part is cream-brown-coffee-with-milk colors mix. The thing, that I love about it, is, it suits me perfectly and shape my figure like never! So I'm excited to run in it, and going to bring my brown super high heels for that.
Two other parts of the collection are pants and knee-high boots outfits, and white top - black skirt combinations, that are kind of official office style.
During trial we got pictured once again by professional photographers. I especially liked
Una's works and looking forward to get some looks of mine. Also we listened music, that we walk with and got some ideas from Noel Caleb's founder Eileen, what should we express to the viewers, and
Jessica Ee gave some tips regarding walking rhythm and speed, turning and face expressions.

Still not feeling nervous. We were relaxed and took a lot of pictures, walked around and networked. As a pleasant after party, we joined official launch of
The Co space at the lobby on the first floor, got to socialize with a lot of entrepreneurs and business people with amazing cocktails by
Bar Stories, that promoted new concept of drinks mixing. Anyone who wanted cocktail, had to gather group of four, and each person in the group had to chose ingredient for a mix - basic spirit or bitter. Bartenders then mixed everything and guests got to try their creatures. Actually, the one, we created with girls, was surprisingly not bad, not too sweet - based on vodka with lemon grass, ginger and bitter, that we named as Chinese cough syrup, some sweet smelling brown liquid, that gave to our cocktails nice aroma and sweet after taste. Finger food was tasty as well and resting time was sweet. But today is back to modelling.
Today is trial at the actual venue. From 4.30 pm to 10 pm we go down to The Sail to try walking, to feel the ground, to see the distance and to get used to the atmosphere. Friday is officially beauty rest, and Saturday is going to be sunrise facing day... Models need to arrive to the venue by 7.30 am for makeup, hairdo.
The launch is going to host around 160 guests... As the venue was changed since I blogged last time, here is new agenda for Saturday:
12 pm: Luncheon
1 pm: Fashion Show
2 pm: Merchandise Showcase

Dress Code for the guests is Smart Casual Cool Breeze.
